SMS is one of the highest-converting channels, but it’s not always cheap. That’s why we also include tools like our social media planner and engagement automator — so you can drive results across multiple platforms without over-relying on text.

What happens if I don’t send any texts one month?

No problem! Our plan is usage-based — meaning you only pay for what you send. So if you’re taking a slow month or running fewer promos, your cost stays low.

How much will my usage be?

You’ll be billed $0.015 per SMS and $0.02 per MMS, plus average carrier fees (~$0.00289/SMS, ~$0.00758/MMS). All charges come from your Digital Wallet inside CoraSuite, where you can add funds, monitor usage, and track everything in real time.

What does the $197 setup fee cover?

This one-time fee includes A2P registration, your dedicated phone number, onboarding, compliance setup, and your first campaign — done for you.

When does my $97/month subscription begin?

Only after your account is approved and ready to send. Your first 15 days after signup are free — we built that buffer so you're never paying while waiting on approval.

How is messaging billed?

Each SMS is billed per 160-character segment. So a 200-character message = 2 segments. MMS (like images or longer messages) are billed per message.

What’s a “segment”?

A segment is up to 160 characters of text, or up to 70 characters if the message contains one or more Unicode characters (such as emoji or Chinese characters). If your message is longer than that, it’s split into 2+ segments and billed accordingly.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — you’re never locked in. Cancel or pause before your next billing cycle, no questions asked. Any outstanding balance will need to be paid upon cancellation.

How long does A2P registration take?

Most approvals happen within 1–2 weeks, but during high-volume periods, it can take up to 3. This is a federally regulated process — we handle it for you and keep you updated.

How soon can I start texting my customers?

As soon as your registration is approved and your number is live. Most businesses are up and sending in 1–3 weeks.

What if my A2P registration gets rejected?

We’ll help fix and resubmit it — no extra charge.

Can I use my own phone number?

To stay compliant, we provide a dedicated number during setup. If you have a special request, just let us know.

What if I’m switching from another platform?

Great! We’ll help you import your list and migrate smoothly. For best results, keep your current provider active until your new number is live. Then we’ll send a “we’re moving numbers” text to your list so they know to expect messages from your new line.

Can I use this if I have multiple locations?

Absolutely. We support multi-location businesses and can tailor your setup for each store or region.
