Welcome to CoraSuite’s SMS Marketing platform for restaurant operators. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Service Overview

CoraSuite provides an SMS marketing platform that enables businesses to send promotional and transactional text messages to customers. Users assume full responsibility for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines governing SMS marketing in their jurisdiction. CoraSuite is a service provider and does not assume liability for any non-compliance by users.

3. Account Registration & Responsibility

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering for an account.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• You are solely responsible for all messages sent from your account and must ensure they comply with applicable laws and carrier regulations.

• CoraSuite reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these terms or engaged in unlawful activities.

4. Compliance & Legal Responsibility

• Users must comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, A2P 10DLC requirements, GDPR (if applicable), and any other relevant SMS marketing laws and regulations.

• Users are responsible for obtaining proper consent from recipients before sending marketing messages.

• CoraSuite does not provide legal advice and is not responsible for ensuring user compliance with laws and regulations.

• CoraSuite shall not be held liable for any fines, penalties, or legal actions resulting from non-compliant SMS marketing practices by users.

• Users must honor all opt-out requests and ensure recipients have the ability to unsubscribe from communications.

5. Payment, Subscription, & Refunds

• Subscription fees are billed on a monthly basis and are non-refundable.

• SMS credits reset monthly and do not roll over.

• Users may upgrade, downgrade, or purchase additional credits as needed.

• If payment fails or is not completed, CoraSuite reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive content.

• Use the service for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activities.

• Send messages that contain hate speech, violence, explicit content, or misleading information.

• Send messages to recipients who have opted out or who have not provided explicit consent.

7. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

CoraSuite is not liable for:

• Any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

• Carrier-related message failures, delays, or filtering.

• User compliance violations with SMS marketing regulations.

• Any losses due to unauthorized access to a user's account.

• Indemnification: By using CoraSuite, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CoraSuite, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, legal actions, or penalties arising from your use of the service or violation of any laws.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
